| I am of two minds about that Cha stacking with Wis. The AC potential is very strong. On the other hand, it's MAD as hell (and if you're a monk you were already suffering from MAD, with Cha as a presumed dump stat) so it might be a self-resolving problem, only suitable for theoretical builds who just have ability points to spare.
As far as balance, well the Cha AC part makes me hesitate at moderate. When in doubt, go unquantifiable. |
Probably it would be better if Cha replaced Wis for monk abilities (or maybe I could let players decide which stat they want to use, applying the highest one). The goal was to induce a player to choose between one of the two classes and advance in that class, while gaining some benefits from the other. --The bluez in the dungeon (talk) 13:58, 30 August 2021 (UTC)
