It is, and I thought about that when making it. The main difference is that it enables stupid "bag of rats" tricks by making the rats hostile (many of the tricks require you to target an enemy creature). Maybe I should April Fools' this article. --Aarnott (talk) 14:13, 30 August 2013 (UTC)

Is there anything that says a creature has to dislike you in order for you to count it as an enemy?

It depends on the DM, really. This one avoids that argument. The price is different because it is cursed. It will give a bit of backlash for using it. I also wanted it to be the cursed version of a Bag of Tricks, so I just priced it the same. --Aarnott (talk) 17:54, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
