Not sure this qualifies as High, Medium or even Low might be closer to the mark. Four feats required to take, and all you get is the ability to attack people while moving and still take AoO's from it? Hard to see many situations where someone picks this up given how much they have to give up to get it, in my opinion. - TG Cid (talk) 21:34, 6 June 2018 (MDT)
