	How the heck is this level 8?!? It's little more than Great Cleave on steroids — I just answered my own question, didn't I? Anyways, because it's Great Cleave on steroids, it's just as susceptible to "bag of rats" abuse as Great Cleave is. That might need to be addressed.

So what does it do?
