I'd put this at Unquant since there are some pretty crazy one-round effects out there.

Take a swordsage's ghost step thingy for example. 4 rounds of incorporeal at will is pretty cray-cray (and you regain it a round or three after using it to keep it up all the time). --Ghostwheel (talk) 19:38, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
