mention that you still need line of effect. --NameViolation 02:43, February 28, 2010 (UTC)

i like the idea of being able to form a ring shape, but considering the very few invocations known, wouldn't this be too limited, its a very strange area of effect and hard to use. Maybe being able to change the diameter, and center it anywhere. How long does it last?

It's a blast shape; those are generally instantaneous. I've let you change the diameter now. --Foxwarrior 03:37, February 28, 2010 (UTC)
Erm would it make sense to apply a scaler to the radius and perhaps durration so that you can't have a 2000' radius at lv2 and at higher levels you can maintain this circle (maybe a concentration check)?--Epsilon Rose 17:25, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
You generally can't get Lesser invocations until level 6, and maintaining the circle isn't necessary since you can just cast it again every round. --Foxwarrior 18:19, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
Ah, I had mixed up least and lesser. Sorry about that. I still disagree about maintaining it though, there's a distinct difference between putting it up each round and leaving it up; mainly that if you only put it up each round people can still move through those spaces, when it's not the warlock's turn, without taking damage.
It is a blast shape, so it modifies eldritch blast, which is an instantaneous effect. If you want something that durates for a round, you'd have to use another invocation. Also, please sign your comments. --66.96.77.206 19:23, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
