	I can't really see any way that 2 flaws would make something like the half-minotaur template balanced when comparing to other players without a template. This throws balance out the window and removes the equal playing field from any player who does not take a template. Only use this variant if you want your entire party to be a bunch of misshapen anthromorphs.

	Could use some work, but I actually like the idea of willingly taking on penalties to lower LA.
