Should Giants also be on that list of acceptable targets for Biogenic Touch? Possibly also Fey, but they could be hit or miss.
Additionally, shouldn't there be some mechanic for reducing the time it takes to change form? Early levels I can understand, when you're still learning to control your powers, but 10th? 20th? 5 minutes. Seems kinda re-donk-ulous to me. Best workaround I've found is the Warshaper prestige class (Complete Warrior, pg 89). 5th level you get Flashmorph, going from 5 minutes all the way down to a move action. Nice, but I don't think I should have to lose 5 levels to reduce change time. Especially if you're going for Double-level morphing. Have you seen her? Fluid shifting all the time.
