Some things that need to be explained

There are a few things I really wish you'd elaborate on. First, what is the range of the spell as a ranged touch attack? Second, what is the minimum caster level and XP cost to make this spell permanent? Is it different for the three different forms? Good catch. Given a range of Close for the touch attack, and added permanency info. I was under the impression that permanency followed an obvious guideline (1st level is 500xp, 3rd level is 1500xp, things like that) but the costs seemed arbitrary. That's disappointing. Looking at the guideline, the actual formula seems to be 500 XP at minimum caster level 9th, then +500 XP for every +1 caster level required. (That reminds me, I should look at the XP costs for my own permanency-buffable spells.) But maybe the minimum caster level is itself based on the spell level?
