| It's a slightly wider, longer, and less typed lightning bolt, six levels higher (and lightning bolt isn't even one of the better 3rd level spells).
The Draw Energy ability doesn't seem like it would be worth as much as being able to toss away 4th level spell slots on this most of the time. |
