Control winds is badly formatted. It says: "Range: 40 ft./level Area: 40 ft./level radius cylinder 40 ft. high" but it doesn't say whether the effect can start anywhere from 40/ft a level or whether the range is a AOE burst centered on you (presumably the latter, but the way control winds is written, the former is a perfectly reasonable conclusion, since the range doesn't specify that it's using the cylinder AOE). If you were to include the "AOE/range: as control winds" in this utterance, it would be clearer, although you could certainlywrite a clearer range than WOTC. --Fluffykittens (talk) 03:38, 29 May 2015 (UTC)
