A Curious Nerf[edit]
Not that there is anything wrong with it, but this limits it to the very last feat you can obtain at 18th. It's basically an Epic feat at this point. Is that really your intent? Seems abnormally heavy for a nerf to the point where I just don't know why this isn't a houserule banning that feat. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 18:01, 20 February 2018 (MST)
