Is this really a 9th level spell, for what amounts to Planar Binding for non-traditional typings? Types that are also usually weaker by nature? -- Eiji-kun (talk) 18:42, 20 February 2018 (MST)

They are weaker. But they are fully material, and from material world, they are not outsiders or extraplanar beings, so they are not usually intended to be summoned. Thats why its 9th level. -- 178.252.68.104 19:06, 20 February 2018 (MST)
