This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.This was a formatting mess and listed as an artifact for some god awful reason, but the real reason for the oppose is that it's non-functional at the moment. It does not tell you what DR it actually gives. EDIT: Seems it was updated, but unfortunately it remains non-functional. Is it DR/magic? DR/adamantine? DR/eiji? We knowth not. That said, given how wide a swing of DR this might be, from DR 1 to DR 9, barring shenanigans, this could be very powerful indeed. Practically speaking this is DR 5, which may be great, OP, or not really that grand depending on the type of DR.
