| Hmm. It's like Insightful Strike, but at range, and is a bit overcosted for that. Add your psionic focus though, and it's a undercosted Greater Insightful Strike. On the other hand, using one's focus can be another step needed to refresh, so I think it works out. Probably just High though. |
