| I think it straddles between Low and Moderate, but that's just about right for base WotC. I am surprised it is not a monk bonus feat, but admittedly they do not have the proficiency to begin with. |
woah, better than i thought[edit]
you don't lose ANY of your abilities when using a shield? like say the ability to use items or other stuff (abilities, spells, actions, etc...) with the arm while wielding the shield. nice, free shield bonus like a buckler. Wait would this mean that I could TWF with a dagger in each hand and a tower shield? ambiguous wording is ambiguous with absolutes Grog toad (talk) 21:50, 11 October 2018 (MDT)
