Tandem Initiative (Interaction) Prerequisites: Teamwork 2 ranksBenefit: When you and an ally are adjacent to each other and need to roll an initiative roll at the start of a fight. You can average your two initiative rolls and apply them as the initiative for each of you with a +1 bonus. This bonus increases to +2 if the two characters have 6 rank in teamwork and increases by +1 every 5 rank beyond 6. Example: For example, if Yosha has 15 on initiative, and Berth has 5 in initiative, and each have 6 rank in Teamwork. They can average their initiative roll, which is 10, plus the bonus of +2. The initiative of Yosha and Berth becomes 12.Special: Both you and your ally must have the prerequisites to use this Skill Trick.
