Target one armor, shield, or weapon in range. For the duration you can transmute its material into any other material worth 6000 gp or less for the duration. For example you can make a silver longsword into an adamantine longsword.
Reverse: Target one armor, shield, or weapon in range. For the duration you can transmute it into a different type of weapon entirely. For example you can make a longsword into a greataxe. Enhancements remain on the weapon, when valid, and if a creature is proficient with the original weapon they are proficient with the new weapon.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the duration becomes 1d4 rounds.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You are no longer limited by price of the material.
Reversed: Any time in the duration the wielder can shift the weapon from one form to another as a swift action.
