This vial contains a neon bright blue liquid, and the other shines with a bright orange light. It feels warm, energetic, as if it were about to detonate in your hand at any moment.
A powerful potion which can briefly improve your capabilities, it comes in two kinds. The orange kind increases the creature's BAB by +4 and increases damage by +4 for 10 minutes. The blue kind increases the creature's caster level by +4 for 10 minutes. This superpowered state is often accompanied by minor but fancy alterations such as changes in hair color, metallic skin, or glowing eyes. Bonuses overlap, they do not stack.
After 10 minutes, BAB (but not damage) instead takes a -4 penalty for 24 hours, or for the blue version takes a -4 penalty to CL for 24 hours. While consuming another uberchage elixir can negate the penalties the first time, penalties stack resulting in -8, -12, and further penalties until the duration has expired.
These potions are often used in times of duress, provided they have no other threats in the future to worry about.
