Unfettered PsionicEdit

A unfettered psionic is a creature with extreme psionic potential, their mind is capable of incredible feats. A unfettered psionic creature is born with her inherent powers, allowing her to use psionic powers with greater mastery than a typical creature of her kind.

Creating a Unfettered PsionicEdit

"Unfettered Mind" is a an inherited template that can be added to any base creature with the humanoid or monstrous humanoid type.

Ability Scores: A unfettered psionic receives a +2 bonus to any one of her mental ability scores.

Size and Type: A unfettered psionic creature's type remain unchanged and gain the psionic subtype if the base creature didn't already had it.

Feat: A unfettered psionic creature receives a Hidden Talent^XPH and Unfettered Talent as bonus feats.

Special Attacks: A unfettered psionic creature receives the following special attacks.

Raw Power Blast: A unfettered psionic is capable of projecting a blast of raw psionic powers, she may use concussion blast as a psi-like ability with a manifester level equal to her character level by expending her psionic focus. This ability is usable 3 times per day.

Special Qualities: A unfettered psionic creature receives the following special qualities.

Telepathy: You gain telepathy out of 10 ft. + 5 ft. per character level.

Volatile Powers: Whenever a unfettered psionic manifest a power she 'bleed' 1 additional power point, it does not count against her limit of power point she may spend on her powers.

Unfettered Wild Surge: A unfettered psionic creature has wild surge as a wilder of her character level, if she already has level in wilder her wild surge increase by 1. She may also perform an unfettered surge, which has an additional 50% chance of causing psychic enervation but she may manifest any power on her power list of a level she can manifest instead of one of her power known.
