Benefit: Everything will work out. You gain the constant benefits of the endure elements spell, the Swim movement mode, and moving out of a square of difficult terrain does not cost you extra movement. You also gain +3 item bonus to AC and +2 item bonus to Vigor skill.
Mechanics: greater item, armor, Traveler's, Adept [Vigor].
