You fool! You've activated my trap card!
When you initiate this maneuver, you use a move action to declare a set of conditions, as if readying an action. These conditions must entail another creature taking some sort of action (which means that you can't set it to be triggered by an enemy doing something as mundane as breathing). Thus, you could declare conditions such as "whenever somebody crosses a square that I designate", "whenever somebody opens the door in front of me", or "whenever somebody starts casting a spell", or even "if somebody sets the room on fire", but not "when somebody picks his nose" or "when somebody blinks". As you declare the conditions, you also declare an entire round's worth of actions that you will take once the conditions are met (such as charging at the first person to pass through a door, or throwing a bucket of water out a window). Once the conditions are met, you automatically take the actions you described (for better or for worse; unlike when you ready an action normally, you must follow through with the actions you declared as soon as the conditions are met, even if doing so would end up hurting you or your allies). You may also attempt a DC 25 Concentration check; if you succeed, your initiative does not change when you take your readied actions. If the conditions have not been met by the time your next round begins, this maneuver fails and is wasted.
Regardless of how you refresh your maneuvers, this maneuver can only be initiated once every three rounds.
