Building an army[edit]

It's too dangerous to go alone! Take this. -old man legend of Zelda

You are not going to take on that dragon alone, because you probably will become a roasted humanburger that the dragon will feast on for dinner the same is true for D&D emblem, There are a lot of enemies on a single map of D&D emblem so In order to survive you need a buddy or a lot of buddies

Rules for making an army[edit]

  • You start with 12 (including the lord/lord like class) units. The DM can lower or raise the number at will
  • No more than 50 units (including the lord/lord like class) two lords may have a total of 100 units but half are controlled by lord A and the other half by lord B
  • All of your starting units must be 1st or 0 tier classes Units you gain along your adventures may be 2nd or 3rd tier (not instaintly)

How you might get a new unit[edit]

  • speak to an enemy/ally/neutral unit with your lord
  • speak to an enemy/ally/neutral unit with one of your non lord units (usually the two units are friends)
  • start of the chapter/map
  • end of the chapter/map
  • visit a village they are in
  • join on a certain turn
  • get to a certain point

Making an army[edit]

making an army is important and here is how to create your army

Naming is important[edit]

In Fire emblem games The names of the characters are not your typical fanasty names they are real names like Noah, Jack, Sophia and Amy. The names have a meaning related to There character for example the Calavier lance from FE6 is a reference to the fact that calaviers can use lances so when creating a character choose a good name that fits them

Example[edit]

  • 1 lord
  • 2 Calaviers
  • 2 Knights
  • 1 Warrior
  • 1 priest
  • 1 monk
  • 1 Mage
  • 1 Thief
  • 1 archer
  • 1 paladin

the lord[edit]

The lord can be any heroic name you want to choose maybe even your real name. A name meaning hero would fit well

the 2 Calaviers[edit]

As a nod to ghostwheel's 3.5e variant rule color alignment wheel the two characters are going to be the black/white part of the wheel with the white knight having a sense of justice while the black knight is only in it for the money as usually one of the two doesn't like the other and the other one if friendly towards the other one

the 2 Knights[edit]

For the two knights I am thinking of making them stat opposites rather than alignment opposites. The red knight and the green knight. I am thinking of the red knight probably being in an kingdoms army while the green knight will probably be the main lords retainer, possibly recruited nohrian style (DADDY I FOUND THIS PERSON LIVING ON THE STREETS CAN I KEEP HIM) the red knight is going to be focused on attack meanwhile the green knight is going to be focused on defense

the warrior[edit]

I am thinking of another person in the kingdoms army for the warrior
