This flask hold water taken from the fountain of youth, although far from the fountain it lost most of it potency. If a creature drink from this flask it is affected by a unaugmented physical chronorestoration effect, is cured of any status as per restoration and add 1d4x5 years to it current age category, effectively lengthening it lifespan. A single sip also automatically cure a creature of any youthdrain it suffered, even if it would be otherwise almost impossible to remove. A flask hold enough liquid for five of such sips.
If mixed with 5 pounds of Philosopher's Stone it become a elixir of youth eternal which behave much like an elixir of life. If ingested by a living creature it has both the Water of Youth and Elixir of Life effect. However if sprinkled on a dead body the creature return to life as a young adult and cease physically aging, staying young forever. In effect she receive a Partial Rejuvenation to a young adult and then her physical age cease accruing.
The water of youth cannot be replicated even by an effect as powerful as a wish spell.
