This terrible spell call the power of the waste to cause all water to heat and evaporate, dealing 1d6 desiccation damage and 1d6 fire damage per two caster level (maximum 10d6 each) to all creatures in the area. If the damage from this spell bring a creature below 50% hit points it become Staggered for 1 minute and Fatigued until healed above 50% hit points. All those caught in the area are allowed a Fortitude save to halves damage and negate the fatigue and staggering effect.
Against creatures with the water subtype, or creatures largely made of water (such as many oozes or plants), it take 50% extra desiccation damage.
All water in the area evaporate, all plant life dies and the ground become dried and cracked. Any corpses or creature slain by this effect become dried and fragile husks.
