Witchblessed[edit]
Witchblessed are creature who were 'blessed' since birth by evil entities. They possess greater proficiency with magic, especially evil magic but are cursed with general poor luck, often finding themselves in horrible situation and are very susceptible to evil magic themselves.
Creating a Witchblessed[edit]
Witchblessed is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid or monstrous humanoid creature.
Ability Scores: A witchblessed creature receive a +2 bonus to Charisma.
Size and Type: A witchblessed creature's size and type remain unchanged.
Skills: A witchblessed creature receive a +2 bonus on Knowledge and Spellcraft check regarding evil outsider, evil spellcaster and forbidden magic.
Special Attacks: A witchblessed creature receive the following special attacks:
Witch Bolt: A witchblessed can project a minor bolt of energy as an attack action, this require a ranged touch attack and deal 1d4 + highest mental ability score modifier in damage.
Special Qualities: A witchblessed creature receive the following special qualities:
Burn the Witch: A witchblessed creature is especially vulnerable to fire because of her heritage, she take the same penalties as the Flammable flaw. However as long as she is conscious any fire damage dealt to her is dealt as non-lethal damage. She lose benefits of this ability if she become immune to fire or non-lethal damage.
Forbidden Adept: Witchblessed creatures are skilled in evil or forbidden magic. She gain a +1 increase to her caster level including spells per days and spell known, up to a maximum of her hit dice and select one of the benefits below:
- Cursed Witch: You receive an least invocation from the warlock list. You receive an extra invocation whenever you gain another invocation level (lesser, greater and dark) from leveling in an Invocation granting class.
- Darkbound Binder: You gain the Improved Binding feat as a bonus feat.
- Fiendish Bloodline: You gain an extra spell per day and spell known of all level you can cast (if you have spell known). If you do not have spells you gain a 1st level spell as a spell-like ability 2/day.
- Servant of Sinister Powers: You gain the Access Divine Power and Access Divine Spells with the Evil domain.
Ill-Fated: A witchblessed creature suffer from poor luck, whenever she roll a natural 1 on a d20 she take an additional -1 penalty on all further d20s roll for 24 hours afterward, the penalty is cumulative to a -3 penalty. In combat she may take a move action to suppress the penalty for 1 round.
Susceptible to Evil Magic: A witchblessed creature is Susceptible to [Evil] spells.
