Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft. / 2 caster levels)
Target: 1 creature + 1 / 3 caster levels
Duration: 1 round
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

A small white orb flies in front of you, absorbing most of the lightning bolt.

Choose one of the following energy types: acid, cold, electricity, fire, or sonic. The targeted creature gains energy resistance against the energy type equal three times your caster level.
