|benefit=Whenever you cast a spell, make a Charisma check, adding one-half of your ranks in Perform to the check against a DC of 20 + three times the spell's level. On a successful check, the spell slot of the spell is not expended.
|example=Heinlein wants to cast Sound Burst without expending a 2nd level spell slot. He has a Charisma modifier of +12 and 23 ranks in perform so the DC is 29 and he has a total of +23 to his check. On a successful check, he does not expend the 2nd level spell slot.
