| It's not balanced with itself. Now, that's a weird statement to make, but read on. Because of the random nature of additional spells per day, any given character with this feat and the same character against itself isn't even balanced given that one might end up with far more spells per day and the other less. It's an interesting concept, but its random nature makes it problematic and should probably be shelved for now. Obviously a reliable system would be nice, and otherwise, the payoff of a feat slot isn't really worth it when you could just be doing other things. |
At Will[edit]
You realize this renders all of your spells at will. There will never be a situation where you do not make the DCs. Every. Single. Spell.
