Soundproof Foam | 300 gp per 100 sq. ft. | Soundproof foam can make a room impossible to hear from the outside and vice versa. |

Blessed Baths | 1,000 gp | This bath/sauna fills with enhanced water that grants benefits for those bathing in it. With the right components you can achieve even greater effects. |

Global Gravity Disc | 4,880 gp | This orrey has a flat rune covered disc in the center. Its orientation determines the pull of gravity in a given area. |

Orb of Clear Air | 2,800 gp | The orb generates and recycles air, and keeps it from escaping. It's good for traveling through voids, but it can't stop anything of significant mass. |
Orb of Environmental Exposure | 2,500 gp | The orb causes the interior of the room it is in to be subject to the elements as if it were exposed and on the surface, including rain, wind, and floodwaters. |
Pavilion of Dusk and Dawn | 3000 gp | A covered throne and platform filled to the brim with creature comforts that are literally too good to be true. |
Pavilion of Pathfinding | 10000 gp | A platform that contains a throne and enough room for three other people. With a word, it becomes a howdah to transport its passengers to new and exciting places. |
Phantom Beacon | 4,500 gp | A powerful light beacon suitable for putting on top of light houses, this beacon also happens to reveal ghosts and things which are not what they seem. |
Planar Waystone | 80,000 gp | This chunk of material came from another plane, and it brought its properties back with it. |
