Lycanthropy [General]
Benefit: Choose a animal of CR 1 or less. You gain that animal as an alternate form as a supernatural ability, assumable as a full round action that provokes attacks of opportunity. Unlike most alternative forms you must take your animal's mental abilities scores in addition to their physical scores (although your intelligence score can not fall below 3). You lose any spellcasting, spell-like abilities, psionics, and similar abilities you possess in your natural form while assuming your animal form.
Special: You gain the shapechanger subtype.
