Lycanthropy [General] Benefit: Choose a animal of CR no greater than your own CR - 1 (min 1). You gain that animal as an alternate form as a supernatural ability, assumable as a full round action that provokes attacks of opportunity. Unlike most alternative forms you must take your animal's mental abilities scores in addition to their physical scores (although your intelligence score can not fall below 3). You lose any spellcasting, spell-like abilities, psionics, and similar abilities you possess in your natural form while assuming your animal form. Due to the disorientation the transformation causes, until HD 3, you may not use any fly, burrow, or climb speed your alternative form may possess. Special: You gain the shapechanger subtype. Whenever you gain level, you may choose to reselect your chosen animal form.
