Expert Liar [General] You are an expert liar and well, you well know when someone lie to you.Prerequisites: bluff 3 ranksBenefit: You can use your bluff skill instead of your sense motive skill. You take a -4 penalty to that check if the creature you are trying to read has more ranks in bluff than you. Special: For a moderate version of the feat you do not take penalty if you have less bluff rank, instead you gain a +2 bonus if you have more bluff rank than the creature you are attempting to read.
