Before you is a humanoid figure wearing a dragon-shaped helmet, carrying a longspear, and covered in a red aura. It would be intimidating, were it not for him trying so hard. He cries out "I'm Your Nightmare!" before he idly waddles at you, waving his spear haphazardly.
Legend tells of a foolish commoner who was no good at anything. He was so not good at anything, he even fumbled at summoning Pazuzu, and instead summoned his little nephew Zupapa. "Give me power!" he said, and so Zupapa did give him power. The man was now forever invulnerable, but his crippling flaw of being a fool was not solved. And so, Your Nightmare (as he had begun calling himself) went on a reign of terror that lasted all of 5 minutes before getting his butt handed to him.
Sadly, such evil cannot die. He'll be back. No one should be worried.
Combat[edit]
Your Nightmare has an ego the size of a planet, but none of the power to back it up. His invulnerability has made him reckless, and he easily falls for traps a simple person could find out. The one thing he has is endurance. He will determinedly follow his target across the world. Slowly. Making a lot of mistakes while he does so.
Astral Invader (Sp): Your Nightmare gets astral invader as a spell-like ability at will, but if he is defeated at any point he will not invade for a year and a day out of shame.
Dragonbreath (Su): Your Nightmare is a dragon (half) and can breath fire! It's not very good fire! At will he can breath a 20 ft line of fire dealing 1d4 fire damage, with a DC 10 Reflex save for half. The save is Constitution based.
Foolish (Ex): Your Nightmare takes a -10 penalty on Sense Motive checks and always fails his Will saves against illusions. If flanked, he freaks out and so flanking opponents get a +4 bonus to attack instead of +2.
Invulnerable (Ex): Your Nightmare is invulnerable to hit point damage and all status effects, but not all is lost. He is still vulnerable to falling damage, to drowning, and simply to being unable to act in other ways. Nothing is worse than being trapped in a stone wall for 1000 years, without the strength to sunder through it.
Not Good Enough (Ex): Your Nightmare has the Not Good Enough flaw, but gains no bonus feat. As a result, he can never score a critical hit, and he fumbles often.
Sink Like A Stone (Ex): Your Nightmare always fails swim checks. If he falls in the water, it's over.
