Cool Idol [General]
You have bursts of sudden hotblood and ego.Prerequisites: Cha 13Benefit: Once per encounter as an immediate action, you can add your Charisma modifier to your attack roll and damage.
Special: If using Pokemon d20, the pre-requisite is "Race: any that is considered a Pokemon". In a Pokemon contest, you can shock and amaze people with your Cool action. You can make a Cool skill check, and if you win any Points, then anyone who acts after you suffers a penalty equal to your Charisma Bonus on their skill checks.
