Balance

- It's got a fairly limited duration (at least until the cap), eats up PP you could be spending on powers, and it's not clear that you get anything but a thug out of the deal (can't tell if creatures retain all of their abilities, just their Ex ones, can cast spells, etc.). If all you get is a bruiser for a couple of minutes, it's like a very specific summon that lasts a bit longer than normal.
