Prerequisites: Cha 13, 1st level only.Benefit: You use your Charisma modifier in place of your Intelligence modifier to determine skill points gained at each level. For example, if your skill points gained at each level, before, had been (4 + Int), it instead turns to (4 + Cha).
Normal: You use your Intelligence modifier to determine skill points gained at each level.Special: This feat can only be taken at first level.
