|reason=A 1st level AoE spell that fits the "Very High" power range, but doesn't completely trivialize an encounter? Fantastic! It's nice to see spells people might pick over Sleep or Color Spray without feeling like they made a suboptimal choice, but also allowing their allies to do stuff too.

A 1st level AoE spell that fits the "Very High" power range, but doesn't completely trivialize an encounter? Fantastic! It's nice to see spells people might pick over Sleep or Color Spray without feeling like they made a suboptimal choice, but also allowing their allies to do stuff too.
