Catastrophic Cacophony [General]
Benefit: Whenever you deal sonic damage, you deal an extra point of sonic damage per die or 1/3rd of your character level (whichever is lower). In addition, creatures with less than 50% of their hit points remaining after they take at least one point of sonic damage from you become defeaned for 3 rounds. Whenever you would reduce a creature to −1 hit points or lower with sonic damage, you may instead reduce the creature to blinded and deafened for 1 hour at 0 hit point instead.
