Other Pokemon

Any idea when more pokemon are gonna be added? I'm interested in seeing how Dialga and Palkia are gonna fit in... -- Xeadin 08:43, 3 April 2011 (UTC)

Whenever people create them. If you want them, you could always try creating them yourself. --Havvy 17:26, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
I'm about to create Dialga and Palkia, actually.... Wow, it's been a year since the question was asked?!? --Luigifan18 (talk) 03:42, 21 October 2012 (UTC)

Pokedex Numbers

I think it might be a good idea to add a new metadata property to Pokemon monsters to indicate their number on the National Pokedex. That way this table can be sorted in a way more meaningful to the canon, and missing entries can be more readily noticed by those inclined to write them. Objections, assent? --DanielDraco (talk) 13:33, 19 October 2012 (UTC)

There are 5.5 problems with that idea. Those problems are: Mewtwo (was statted as an NPC and thus is not in this section), Arceus (is in the Deities section and thus not here), Frostran, Voltran, Magihexy (not real Pokemon) and Missingno (the half; he's technically not a real Pokemon either, but a lot of people consider him one) 70.55.21.204 13:47, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
None of those are problems. The property can just not be applied to those. The non-canon Pokemon that are on this page will have "—" in that column. --DanielDraco (talk) 14:41, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
Actually, that would be a benefit of this: it's an easy way to spot "real" vs. "fake" Pokemon, for those inclined to make the distinction. --DanielDraco (talk) 14:42, 24 February 2013 (UTC)
Not only am I inclined to make the distinction, I'm also inclined to dispute their right to be on this page in the first place. 184.145.107.105 13:52, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
As the guy who made the fake Pokemon, I should inform you that I already made a category specially for them. That said, I'm ambivalent myself on whether or not they belong on the Pokedex page, but I think they do belong in the Pokemon d20 project. --Luigifan18 (talk) 16:11, 13 September 2013 (UTC)

Adding pokemon

I just created the Mega Ampharos. Is there a protocol for adding it to the pokedex? --Nolanf (talk) 23:16, 14 November 2013 (UTC)

Missing Pokemon

This page used to have a lot more pokemon on it. What happened?

It may be a category error. I know recently, many pokemon articles were (finally) given proper tags. I'm betting that this side hasn't been updated to reflect that.
