Prophetic Sacrifice Dreamweaver Utility 16
You offer part of your life force to help in healing battle wounds that your allies may have.
Daily ✦ Divine, Healing
Minor Action	Close Burst 5
Target: Each willing ally in burst
Effect: You spend two healing surges but don’t regain hit points. Instead, each ally in burst regains 2d10 + Wisdom modifier hit points and can make a saving throw against an effect that a save can end.

Minor Action	Ranged 5
Target: One ally
Effect: You spend a healing surge but don’t regain hit points. Instead, the target regains 2d8 + Wisdom modifier hit points and can make a saving throw against each effect that a save can end.
