Dark Haze Dreamweaver Utility 16
You create a black cloud of smog that envelopes the area and seriously impedes your opponent’s attacks.
Daily ✦ Divine, Conjuration
Minor Action	Close Burst 4
Effect: You create a cloud that impairs line of sight. All enemies that enter or are within the haze are blinded and takes a -2 penalty to AC and reflex defenses until they exit the haze. While blinded, the creature treats each square as difficult terrain. The haze lasts until the end of the encounter, or you can disperse the haze as a minor action.

Effect: You create a cloud that impairs line of sight. Any enemy that enters the zone takes a -4 penalty to all attack rolls. All creatures within the haze have concealment. Allies do not take any penalties. The haze lasts until the end of your next turn.
Sustain minor "minor Action" is not in the list (Free Action, Minor Action, Move Action, Standard Action, Immediate Reaction Action, Immediate Trigger Action, Free, Minor, Move, Standard, ...) of allowed values for the "Sustain Action Type" property. : The haze persists
