You know how in default D&D, if you want to make a character that deals damage and uses a weapon, you either need two high ability scores and a feat or... well, to take certain classes instead of what you want. This is a nice variation on Weapon Finesse to actually let you make a character that's Dexterity-based. It still costs a feat, and is worth it (since you're minimizing what you need Strength for). So, give this a read next time you want a nimble character that can like uh... high tensile bows... poking rapiers... throwing things? I forget all the options this opens up for viability...slippery wrestler? Yeah, that one. Favor.

I just noticed that the class features you can add your dex mod to are currently unrestricted, and can include things like spellcasting. Somehow, I doubt that was the intention. Perhaps you want to replace "feats and class features" with "feats and class features involving a melee attack"?--148.61.49.183 13:05, 17 July 2019 (MDT)
