I could see myself using this for an enemy or two in a campaign.

Seems to be too complex to actually be used in combat without momentum being completely interrupted for the next 5 minutes as you try to figure out what types you are, and what creatures of the types. Furthermore, what if you, say, get "plant", and there's no plant of the appropriate level? Finally, CR -6 for a spell that can be cast at level 5? Don't know of any CR -1 creatures. Or CR 0, for that matter.

Just feels all over the place, and bad for the game in general when thinking of how long it would take to resolve in general.
