doesn't work as written, psi meditation has a preq of concentration 7 ranks. you cant have that at 3rd level, so it has to be taken at 6th, which screws up taking expanded knowledge at 6 for energy missile. looks like you have to be 12th level to take all the feats unless i'm missing something. --Name Violation 22:02, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
- Levels of PsyWar offer compensatory feats that can be controlled in terms of what level they are acquired. Not sure how much that would sidetrack the basic premise, but since this isn't a full twenty levels... -- Jota 22:35, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
- Or alternatively, you could rebuild at level 4. No idea why they used such a retarded prereq for that feat though. Also, by RAW from what I understand, you can take a feat before you qualify for it--you just aren't able to use it before you qualify. --Ghostwheel 00:10, December 7, 2009 (UTC)
- you cant take it because of level cap of skill points. you cant retrain for that, otherwise we could retrain all feats as epic feats or take them before we're allowed. and the prereq is wis 13 and 7 ranks concentration. They let a psi warrior have it at 4 and psions at 5 (using class bonus feat). wilders have to wait, its a trade off. Could multiclass into one of the other classes at 5th and take practiced manifester to off set the loss. I do believe you can take feats that you cant use yet, but you have to meet the prereqs to take it.--NameViolation 04:34, December 7, 2009 (UTC)
