5-Seconds Cooking [Skill]
The steak, the grain and the egg are in... now where did I put the carton of milk?
Benefits: This is a skill feat that scales with your ranks in Craft.
- 0 ranks: You may make a Craft (cooking) check with DC 10 to replicate the spell cook. You always require some kind of ingredients to use this ability.
- 4 ranks: Whenever you use the 0 ranks ability you may, at your option, create food that acts as goodberry.
- 9 ranks: Whenever you use the 0 ranks ability you may, at your option, create food that acts as Estanna's stew[1] instead of goodberry (you need the focus and ingredients though), with a skill check with DC 15. In addition, three times per day, while using the 0 ranks ability you may replicate the spell create food (you won't create water), allowing you to create more edible food than you have ingredients. The skill check DC is 20 and you cook as if under the effect of the quick crafting spell, but only for the Craft (cooking) or Profession (cook) skill.
- 14 ranks: Once per day, cooking or using the 0 ranks ability, you may replicate the effects of the spell heroes' feast, with a skill check with DC 25 and you cook as if under the effect of the quick crafting spell, but only for the Craft (cooking) or Profession (cook) skill.
- 19 ranks: Once per day, cooking or using the 0 ranks ability, you may replicate the effects of the spell feast of champions[2], with a skill check with DC 30 and you cook as if under the effect of the quick crafting spell, but only for the Craft (cooking) or Profession (cook) skill.
Special: Upon taking this feat you may choose to use the Profession (cook) skill instead of Craft (cooking), and may not change it.
All the abilities from this feat are extraordinary abilities.
For any purposes regarding the effects of this feat, count you character level or ranks in the appropriate skill as caster level.
