Bad Attitude

You're difficult to motivate and manipulate and others generally don't get along well with you.

Benefit: Any effects that alter your emotional state, attitude, mood or demeanor (such as with some compulsions, morale effects, Diplomacy and Intimidate) have a greater chance of failure than normal. You must double-roll Will saves against these effects, taking the higher die result. Characters making checks against you double-roll their check, taking the result more likely to cause the effect to fail.

Drawback: You may not willingly fail Will saves for these effects generated by others and are never treated as "Willing" against them. You cannot gain morale bonuses bestowed by others (though morale penalties apply as normal). NPCs have an unfavorable first impression and have an initial attitude of one step lower than normal toward you, with "Unfriendly" at the highest.

Special: You cannot be immune to mind-affecting effects and gain the features of this trait. NPCs with this trait default to "Unfriendly" at the highest.

Roleplaying Ideas: Perhaps you're just rebellious or perhaps you've been fooled too many times. You don't care what others tell you to do. You're not the one with the bad attitude, everyone else is. Bunch'a jerks.
