Concussive Blow [Fighter]
Prerequisites: 15 Strength, Power Attack or Point Blank Shot, BAB +8, proficiency in a bludgeoning weaponBenefit: You may in lieu of regular attacks make a special attack as a standard action. You strike at a foe's head and try to cause a concussion. The target must make a DC 10 + 1/2 your BAB + your strength modifier fortitude save or be concussed. On a failed save the target takes -4 on all skill checks, initiative checks, attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, ability checks and has a 20% failure chance when casting spells. This lasts until the target is healed by any means for at least half the damage the concussive blow did. The effects from multiple concussive blows stack.
Special: Creatures wearing a helmet or who naturally have a thick head armor get a 3+ on their save. Creatures without a brain are immune to this effect.
A fighter may choose this as a bonus feat.
