Crafting Intern [Item Creation]
Your master taught you how to make rods, but you still need practice.Benefit: You can ignore the caster level pre-requisite on item creation feats. However, your ability to make things normally above your level is hampered. It comes with a minor curse when wielded, activated, or consumed. Any negative levels as a result of the curse cannot kill you even if you have too low of a HD. You can lift this curse after you meet the normal feat caster level pre-requisites.
You can make items such as staves have a lower caster level than normal, and are no longer limited to a minimum level of 8th.
