Destabilizing Impact [Fighter]
The impact of the hammer hurt and hit like a truck, your legs began to buckle beneath you.Prerequisites: Bab +1Benefit: At the start of your turn you can take up to a -8 penalty to attack rolls, up to a maximum of your BAB, and if you successfully hit a creature they take an identical penalty to their attack rolls, Balance checks, and checks to avoid becoming prone. For spells and effects which deal damage against becoming prone they can successfully make their saving throw against the effects of the spell, but count as having a lower saving throw for any prone effects. This works equally well on melee and ranged attacks, but touch attacks and ranged touch attacks only have half the penalty applied for the penalty you take. Like Power Attack the penalty applies until the beginning of your next turn.
Light weapons reduce the maximum cap by 2 (minimum -1 penalty). Two-handed weapons increase it by 2 (maximum -10 penalty).
Example: The fighter swings their greatsword at -6 and hits, causing the opponent a -6 penalty to attack rolls for 1 round. The sorcerer strikes with a ray of ice spell at -6 as well, but only causes a -3 penalty.Special: This feat replaces Power Attack for any pre-requisites. Any class that grants you power attack may grant you this feat instead.
